Booking & Cancellation Policies
When booking an appointment with Pull Together K9, a deposit of 30% of your appointment’s cost is due at the time of booking in order to reserve your registration. Any appointment requests made through our online booking software is not considered confirmed until you have been contacted by a member of our team to confirm your appointment date and time.
All clients must complete the digital copy of our waiver by the start of their first session. If you need a paper copy, please let us know so we can make arrangements
Payment is due in full prior to the start day of the service.
We must have at least 48 hours notice prior to any cancellations or appointment rescheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your original appointment time, a cancelation fee may be charged.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another service or appointment so long as 48 hours notice is given for the cancellation.
If there is an additional travel fee charged for your appointment, discussed between you and your trainer, the travel fee is non refundable.
Class cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policies of our venue partners. Please reach out to them for their cancellation policies.
Training Aids and other Retail policies

Matt is happy to schedule a lesson to provide instruction on any of the products he sells
Our vendors have been selected to utilize their manufacturer support. As such, we do not offer any warranty as the reseller
All sales are considered final and complete at the time of invoice, and payment is expected upon receipt unless other written agreements are made
We do accept Venmo and Paypal

We will always be open to discussing extenuating circumstance refunds on a case by case basis.
Illness Related Policies & Procedures
Our priority is to keep you and your family safe, as well as protect our team’s health. Therefore, we will be taking the following precautions with our services:
Our Trainers will wear masks during appointments if requested in advance. We ask that our clients do as well. If you are unable to wear a mask due to a health condition, please contact us prior to booking your appointment so we can make other accommodations.
Video lessons via Zoom or Skype are available to all of our clients who wish to remain socially distant.
AKC Trick Title evaluations may be conducted via either live or pre-recorded video.
In addition to our additional safety procedures, we will have also adapted our refund policy for COVID-19 related cancellations to include the following commitments:
If your trainer comes into contact with a confirmed case, they will get tested as soon as possible and you will be notified. If we have not received a negative rapid test result 48 hours before your lesson, we will cancel and offer a refund in full for the appointment, or a credit towards a future service upon request.
If you or a member of your family has tested positive or been exposed, we will reschedule your appointment at no charge to any date after a 14 day quarantine and/or negative rapid test.
We will always be open to discussing extenuating circumstance refunds on a case by case basis.
